Petite Chic offers five shipping/pick-up options for all orders placed online.

Please note: Delivery time estimate begins at the time the order is COMPLETED and ready for shipping, not the time the order is placed online.

Due to recent nationwide publicity and the nature of custom designs, most orders ship in less than 3 weeks. We make every effort to ship your order as soon as humanly possible!

Shipping costs are based on your total purchase amount, before taxes and promotional discounts. Delivery confirmation (tracking) as well as up to $100 coverage for loss or damage is included on all shipping services. Please contact us by phone at 905 852-3753 to purchase additional shipping insurance.

Please verify all address information at the time of your order. Petite Chic will not be responsible for incorrect mailing addresses. Packages returned to Petite Chic as a result of invalid or incorrect mailing addresses will be subject to a return shipping fee in addition to a 20% restocking fee.

Domestic Orders

Our shipping partner is Canada Post, and we work closely with them to offer a variety of shipping services based on your shipping destination throughout Canada. Please note that orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box, so please provide a valid postal address during checkout.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Standards

Canada Post ground parcel service is the best choice for deliveries that are not time sensitive. *Please note that northern regions and remote centres may take up to 15 days for Regular and Expedited Parcel delivery.

Regular Parcel

Regular Parcel orders ship within 2 to 3 business days and deliver within 7 to 10 business days. Our Regular Parcel rates are as follows:

• up to $24.99 – $6
• $25 to $49.99 – $9
• $50 to $74.99 – $12
• $75 to $98.99 – $15
• $99+ – FREE*

Expedited Parcel

Expedited Parcel orders ship same to next business day and are Guaranteed to deliver on-time in 1 to 3 business days regionally, and 2 to 7 business days nationally between major Canadian cities. Our Expedited Parcel rates are as follows:

• up to $24.99 – $11
• $25 to $49.99 – $14
• $50 to $74.99 – $17
• $75 to $98.99 – $20
• $99+ – only $4

Express Delivery

• Xpresspost Delivery (1-2 business days, guaranteed) add $19
• Rush Delivery (noon to next business day, guaranteed) add $39

Shipping Times

Regular shipping times for domestic orders are as follows:

• Regular Parcel orders will ship within 2 to 3 business days
• Expedited Parcel orders are guaranteed to arrive within 3 to 7 business days from date of completion.
• Express delivery is guaranteed to arrive within 2 business days from date of completion.

These shipping times apply regionally and nationally between major Canadian cities. Northern Regions and Remote Centres may take up to 15 days for delivery.

These delivery times also do not apply to shipments with destinations outside of Canada.

Please note: Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together. For items on backorder, or Special Order items you will be notified by e-mail if there are any delays in shipping. Please review our Special Order Policy for more info.

Special Orders

Custom Order cancellations must be done within 2 business days of your order date and will be accepted. All cancellations must be done via phone at 905 852-3753 during our regular business hours: Monday to Friday 10:00am-5:00pm EST. We will remain closed on all Canadian holidays. Cancellations by email will not be accepted.

How do I track my order?

When your order is shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you with your Canada Post tracking number. Once you have your tracking number, you can conveniently track your package online at www.canadapost.com

For orders shipped outside of Canada, tracking is only available on Express or Expedited parcels.

Customs & Taxes

Orders shipped outside of Canada pass through customs and are subject to import duties, taxes, and/or custom processing fees. A customs invoice will arrive with your parcel, or may follow in the mail. Recipients are responsible for paying these additional fees. No federal (GST/HST) taxes will be charged on items shipped outside of Canada.

Please Note: Petite Chic is unable to provide estimates for any customs fees; check with your local customs office for more information about importing goods into your country.

Please Note: We do not recommend gift wrapping products that will be delivered outside of Canada as customs are permitted to open any package.
