Returns/Exchanges

We are committed to keeping our customers happy. If you or your little one is not completely satisfied with your purchase, your merchandise may be returned within 14 days from date of purchase for a full refund, less shipping costs. After 14 days, up to 30 days, we will gladly issue a store credit or exchange. Shipping charges will apply to exchanges. Please note that returned items purchased with a free shipping offer or promotion will have the standard cost of shipping subtracted from the refund. Wild about Beads does not pay for return shipping costs and will not accept COD items.

Easy steps for returning merchandise

To make a return or exchange, simply contact us at 905 852-3753. You will be issued a return authorization number (RMA Number) that can be placed on the outside off the box. Items must be received back at our store within 10 days of receiving your RMA number. Please retain the original packing materials, original receipt and all merchandise tags for any item that you wish to return to us. Also, include a copy of the invoice sent to you at the time of purchase with a brief note explaining the return/exchange. If you no longer have your invoice, please email us at customerservice@petitechic.ca or call our Customer Care team at 905 852-3753 to obtain a copy.

Please note, any items returned in less than perfect condition will be sent back at the customer's expense.

We can not accept returns on merchandise that was purchased on sale.

What about damaged/defective merchandise?

Once your package arrives please ensure it is not damaged or defective in any way. We take great care to pack shipments so that they will arrive safely, but in the rare instance that your merchandise arrives in a defective, damaged or incomplete condition, please notify us at 905 852-3753 as soon as possible. Notification of returns for damaged products must be made with 72 hours of receiving your items. If an item arrives damaged, please notify us immediately so that we may work with you to arrange a return, replacement, refund or credit. Full refunds (less shipping costs) will be issued if merchandise is returned in its original condition within 14 days from date of purchase.

Please note that returned items purchased with a free shipping offer or promotion will have the standard cost of shipping subtracted from the refund. Petite Chic does not pay for return shipping costs and will not accept COD items.

Once your return is received and approved, we will be happy to provide you with a refund of the full purchase price less shipping costs. Shipping costs, border taxes/custom charges are not refundable.

We are unable to accept returns of merchandise that has been used, soiled or damaged. Merchandise must be returned with original packaging and/or tags intact to ensure complete credit. We will issue a full refund for the price of any product you return if it meets the above conditions. Please allow us two weeks to process the refund.

All sales become final 30 days from date of purchase. Clearance, sale, special-order items are final sale.

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges on returns and/or exchanges. This applies for items sold with "Free Shipping".

We are not responsible for returned items that are lost in shipping so it is best for you to send your package via a carrier that offers tracking (UPS, FedEX or Expedited Canada Post with Delivery Confirmation). A shipment or credit notification e-mail will be sent to the email address on file.
